| 摘 要： | "三个代表"思想是依法治国的理论基础,是实现依法治国方略的理论指南.两者之间是和谐一致,相互传承,不可分割的.只要我们以立党之本、执政之基、力量之源的"三个代表"思想为依据,始终坚持党的领导,就能够严防法治的"西化"、"异化",建成具有中国特色的法治之路.
