| 摘 要： | 目前,我国行政执法中存在很多问题,主要是:行政执法体系不健全;行政工作人员法律素质低,实际执行能力和守法自觉性差;重关系轻法律,人情主义代替法制管理;地方本位主义和分散主义严重。如果不依法行政,那么国家颁布的法律再多也形同虚设,长此以往,法律的尊严、公正的权益必将受到损害。人民群众将失去对法律的信心和依赖感。因此,强化行政执法已刻不容缓。

| Abstract: | Nowadays,there are many problems in China's administrative activity,including the incompleteness of the administrative system,the incompetence of the working staff,inferior ability and legal notion,regional protectionism.If there is no administration by law,the formal legal regulation will be invalid.For a long time,the dignity of law and right interest will be harmed.People will be discouraged and lose heart.The improvement of the administration is urgent. |
