知假买假行为适用惩罚性赔偿评析

Because it is difficult to testify, so we cannot know if they buy things for living demand, and we also don't know if they know the fake beforehand. We should consider the people who buy fake while knowing it as consumer and we should believe the vender do cheat consumers,so we can use the punitive compensation. In terms of the social function, the behavior of the people who buy fake while knowing it can purify the social environment, promote social welfare, so we should admit the action legally.
