| 摘 要： | 自我效能感是人类行为的强大力量,控制和调节人们的行为。自我效能感的提高与教师主体意识的觉醒,尤其是两者的交互作用,可以有效地帮助教师根据自身的知识与技能的确定性,更好地发现自我、认识自我、提高自我,实现教师个体为适应21世纪教育的巨大变革和挑战需要。

| Abstract: | The self- efficiency sense is the strong str en gth of the human behavior, which control and regulate people's behavior. Improve ment of the self- efficiency sense and awakening of teacher's subject consciousn ess, especially the reciprocation of the two, can help the teacher discover, rec ognize and improve oneself according to one's own knowledge and determinacy of t he skill effectively , help teacher meet enormous change and challenge in 21st century. |
