| 摘 要： | 侦查讯问的性质和任务决定了侦查讯问活动的对抗性。在对抗性的侦查讯问活动中,讯问谋略是不可或缺的内容,然而, 讯问谋略的运用过程具有潜在危险性,因此,侦查讯问实践必须厘清讯问谋略与非法方法之间的区别:掌握合理合法运用讯问谋略与 甄别非法讯问的实践标准。

| Abstract: | The character and task of interrogation determine the antagonism of interrogative activity. In the interrogative process, the use of tactics is necessary. However, the use of interrogative tactics has potential danger. Therefore, the practice of interrogation must clarify the difference between interrogative tactics and illegal interrogative methods. |
