警务危机谈判培训课程设置的思考

积极心理学是研究有助于发挥个体、群体和组织最佳状态或功能的环境和过程的一门科学。谈判组的工作模式尤其需要追求团队组织效益最大化。因此，作为广义谈判工作环境的一部分——危机谈判课程理应服务于团队组织效益最大化这个危机处置目标。根据两岸四地的教育训练资源和经验，我国公安机关设置危机谈判课程主要从普及型危机谈判课程、专业型危机谈判课程和复合型危机谈判课程三个层面进行。
