| Abstract: | Legislation is an important means to carry out the dominion.It is indispensable to keep the legislation independent but also adapt to the globalization.It is indispensable to make the legislation accord with the situation of china but also realize the principles that the globalization needs.It is indispensable to make good use of the globalization to enrich the academic resource but also guard against the colonization of exotic thoughts. |
