| 摘 要： | 目前网络上侵犯著作权的情况层出不穷,多数学者将网络著作权的侵权类型划分为上载、转载及下载侵权三类,但这样的分类方式不能囊括网络著作权侵权的所有类别。本文按照侵权的主体、内容和行为将网络著作权侵权划分为不同的类型,对我国网络著作权的侵权类型进行研究讨论。
