| Abstract: | There are many difficulties and countermeasures in theory and practice abort organizational building of trade unions in new enterprises. The theory of management and the form of operation in new enterprises are obviously different from that in state enterprises. The trade unions work in new enterpsises should not be directed by the theory of trade unions work in planned economy, and the way of trade union work suited to new enterprises must be further investigated and studied based on facts. |
