| Abstract: | In current time, there are some problems in the fault case scope definition of responsibility investigation system of law enforcement fault in public security organ, whose encouragement function exerts an adverse effect on the basic principle and operation of law, and whose procedure also has some problems. So this system should be fully perfected so as for it to give the applying function. |
