| 摘 要： | 目前,在签订集体合同工作中,工会与企业还难以实现平等协商。这在一定程度上影响集体合同制度作用的发挥。要正确对待工会与企业的关系,正确对待工会现行体制,增强工会协商代表的平等意识,积极主张平等协商权利,努力推进构建和谐的劳动关系。

| Abstract: | Nowadays, in the process of signing the collective contracts, it is difficult to realize the equal consultation,between the trade unions and enterprises.To a certain degree, it may affect the elaboration of the function of the collective contract system. We should correctly treat the relationship between the trade unions and the enterprises and the present system of the trade unions, and strengthen the equal consciousness of the consultative representatives of the trade unions. We should actively advocate the equal consultation right, and make our efforts to establish the harmonious labor relationship. |
