| 摘 要： | 中国共产党历来重视党章,始终把制定和完善党章、学习和贯彻党章作为加强党的先进性建设的一项基础性工作。党在领导革命、建设和改革的不同历史时期,把马克思主义的建党学说与中国实际相结合中形成的正确理论路线纲领载入党章,用党章统一全党的思想和行动,保证了党始终走在时代前列。

| Abstract: | Communist Party of China values the party constitution although the ages,and always make the perfecting,studying and carrying through the party constitution as a foundational work to enhance the construction of the party's "advanced nature".During the leading in the different periods of revolution,construction and reform,the CPC inscroll the correct theoretical line and programme forming from the integration of the Marxismistic theory of the party construction and the practice of contemporary China into the party constitution.With the constitution,the CPC unifies the thought and the actions of the whole party,and guarantees that the party will stand forever in the forefront of the times. |
