| 摘 要： | 依法行政是我国行政管理的一项基本原则,但存在着概念上的局限性,行政法治包含了比依法行政更为丰富的内涵。我国行政法治建设面临着观念和制度上的缺陷和不足,健全立法,规范执法,强化监督仍然是我国行政走向法治化的必由之路。

| Abstract: | Administration by law is a basic principle of administration management in china. It contains more meanings than administration according to law .We are confronted with defects and shortcomings on concept and system in establishing administration by law. Pefecting legislation, regulating execution and strengthening supervisor are still the only way for the constrution of administration by law. |
