| 摘 要： | 近年来,世界部分地区的暴力恐怖袭击事件时有发生,我国也已成为暴力恐怖袭击受害国之一。如何应对和处置暴力恐怖袭击等突发事件是公安机关面临的严峻挑战。大城市公安机关应当借鉴境外应急机动部队运作的经验,加强大城市公安轮训轮值机动部队运作机制建设,从而进一步提升应急处突的能力与效率。

| Abstract: | In recent years, violent terrorist attacks are sometimes heard to take place in some parts of the world. China has become one of the terrorist attack targets. How to respond to them is a serious challenge police agencies confront. Police agencies in large cities should learn operation experience from foreign emergency mobile forces and strengthen the development of the reservist mobile police force operation mechanism in large cities so as to improve the emergency responding competency and effectiveness. |
