In recent years, with the rapid development of society, more and more young people have joined themselves on to our party. Young police officers are increasing and becoming gradually a new force to the construction of police teams. Young police officers have the characteristics of high cultural quality, active thinking, various thinking styles, diverse value orientations, pursuit of innovation, and strong flexibility. In order to maintain the stability and improve the fighting ability of basic public security staff, the creative ideological and political working methods and contents should be done, incentive mechanism should be perfected and healthy or harmonious atmosphere should be created. To build our teams with modern managing systems, we should make a good use of the youth policemen and base our work on the investigation and survey.
