金融危机中的政府经济职能缺失及完善

重新审视金融危机的深层次原因,政府经济职能的缺失很容易被人忽略。在各国政府积极救市的大背景下,应该先反省政府在金融危机中的职能缺失问题,然后再通过职能完善去解决金融危机并做好危机防范工作。本文试从政府经济职能的角度,去思考、阐述金融危机的发生和解决。

The Absence and Perfection of Government's Economic Function under the Financial Crisis

Reexamine the deep-seated reasons of the crisis,the government’s economic function can easily be neglected.Against the background of government’s active bailout plan,we should make a self-examination about government’s function absence,then resolve and prevent the crisis with function’s perfection.This paper analysis the financial crisis’s occurrence and resolution from the point of government economic function.
