| 摘 要： | 该文审视了中国发展循环经济的理论内涵、宏观背景和启动时机，给出了发展循环经济的路径选择建议。中国应该发挥后发优势，加强资源拓展、清洁生产、可持续消费和废物循环领域的科技创新和制度创新，拓展循环经济发展空间，规避资源环境约束锁定，实现产业结构、生产方式和消费模式的生态化转型。

| Abstract: | Circular Economy Promotion Law is the gross embodiment of environmental achievements obtained by our country, also the new beginning to develop circular economy. Having reviewed the theoretical connotations, macro background and initiating timing for China developing circular economy, this paper raises several suggestions concerning path selection to develop circular economy in China. |
