| 摘 要： | 警察伤亡逐年上升和患病高发暴露出警察训练中存在的不足。应建立以“警务活动”为中心的培训模式,把理论与实践紧密结合起来,把理论知识融入到警务活动中去,激发学员学习的兴趣,促进民警能力的提高。

| Abstract: | Increasing police casualty and illness shows that there are some insufficiences in police training.It is necessary that the training model in the center of policing activities should be constructed.It should combine theory into pactice,and put theoretical knowledge into policing activities in order to motivate learners' learning interest and improve policemen's abilities. |
