城市化进程中的犯罪问题研究

伴随着中国城市化进程不断推进,城市犯罪以及由于城市化而导致的相关犯罪呈现高发态势。对此无论是以发展代价论、新陈代谢论与社会失范论为代表的宏观解释,还是以仇富心理、贫富加剧、外来人口等为代表的微观解释,都具有一定的偏颇性。因此,运用多学科知识来研究城市化进程中的犯罪现象,并基于中国国情,在系统思维的指引下探索一些犯罪治理对策,如有关制度完善、多元纠纷解决机制的开发,以及城市化文明成果的充分利用等,将为推动中国城市化的持续快速发展,提供重要保障。

Crimes in the Process of Urbanization

Along with the China＇ s urbanization constantly promoted, urban crimes as well as other related onesare on the rise. There are two kinds of explanations： macro -explanation, mainly embodied in such theories as de- velopment vs. price, metabolism and social anomaly, and micro -explanation, mainly embodied in such theoriesas the resentment of the rich, widening income gaps and floating population. However, both of the explanations are distorted. Therefore, it＇ s necessary to use multidiscipline knowledge to study the phenomenon of crimes in theprocess of urbanization, and based on China＇s national conditions, to explore some crime countermeasures, such as perfecting the system, developing multiple disputes settlement, and making full use of the civilization achieve-ments, under the guidance of systematic thinking. These measures will provide the important guarantee for promo- ting the sustained and rapid development of Chinese urbanization.
