| 摘 要： | 针时驰名商标司法认定实践中出现的异化现象,本文归纳了驰名商标司法认定异化的两种表现形式:"前"异化现象和"后"异化现象,解析了驰名商标司法认定异化的主、客观原因,针对驰名商标司法认定异化现象的解决提出了自己的一些建议.

| Abstract: | With the alienation phenomena arising in the practical judicial confirmation of well-known mark,the author concludes two kinds of alienations:the fore-alienation phenomenon and the after-alienation phenomenon,and profoundly analyses the objective and subjective reasons hidden in these phenomenon.Finally the author brings forward his suggestions for the alienation phenomenon of judicial confirming of well-known mark. |
