| 摘 要： | 企业社会责任是经济全球化发展到一定历史阶段的产物。该文论述了随着可持续发展和循环经济理念的日渐深广,企业责任竞争力成为企业可持续发展的关键的理由：企业社会责任奠定了企业可持续发展的伦理基础;企业责任竞争力是提升企业＂软实力＂的重要渠道;企业责任竞争力是关系竞争时代的制胜法宝。
