| 摘 要： | 城市化进程中，家庭的理性经济行为在失地农民迁移决策中起着重要的作用。该文将托达罗模型应用于失地农民迁移决策的研究，试图分析在农民到失地农民、失地农民到市民逐步转化的过程中，迁移决策和市民化过程之间的特点和机理。该文认为失地农民对补偿的预期和对城市工作的预期，对失地农民迁移意愿发挥了重要作用；而失地农民的可行能力影响了失地农民的市民化过程，城市正规部门和非正规部门分化造成了市民化程度的分化。
