| 摘 要： | 作为国际上公认的“第四媒体”，网络日益得到人们的关注，网络舆论规模及影响日益增强，成为非常活跃的公共话语空间。该文简要归纳了网络舆论的形式与特征，并通过对网络舆论的独特性分析，指出网络舆论的重要性。
