| 摘 要： | 现代远程开放教育在应用型创新人才培养模式方面做了有益的探索和实践,其实践价值表现在：（1）构建了现代远程开放教育教学的理论体系;（2）是提高全民素质的重要途径;（3）有利于学生个性化、多元化的学习;（4）教学模式体现了应用型创新人才的培养宗旨;（5）探索了培养创新能力的有效途径;（6）现代远程开放教育师资队伍建设是创新教育可持续发展的保障。 |

| Abstract: | Modern long-distanced open education has made significant explorations and practice in cultivation mode for applied innovation talents.The practical value mainly is shown in the following aspects： 1） It has constructed theoretical system for modern long-distanced open education;2） It is an important approach to improve civil quality;3） It helps students conduct individualized and diversified study;4） The teaching modes embody the cultivation aim of applied innovation talents;5） It explored effective approaches for cultivating innovation ability;6） The construction of teaching staff for modern long-distanced open education is the guarantee to the sustainable development of innovation education. |
