| 摘 要： | 测谎技术在犯罪侦查中的运用顺应了侦查科学化的要求.但在我国目前的侦查实践中,测谎技术的运用存在一些亟待解决的问题.为了更好地利用测谎技术为侦查工作服务,必须确立侦查人员对测谎技术和测谎结论的正确认识,并对测谎技术的运用进行规制与完善.

| Abstract: | The utilization of polygraph technology in criminal investigation complies with the requirement of investigating science. But in the investigating practice of China, there now exist some problems involved with the utilization of polygraph technology which need to be urgently dealt with. In order to make better use of polygraph technology for investigation, the investigation personnel shall acquire the knowledge of polygraph technology and polygraph test, and the utilization of polygraph technology must be regulated and consummated . |
