| 摘 要： | 中介组织作为依法设立的、连接各类市场主体(包括政府)并为其从事相关行为提供服务的组织,在市场经济体制下起着沟通生产要素的供给与需求、降低交易成本的重要作用,是市场机制不可或缺的组成部分。厘清中介组织的涵义、明确其法律地位并进行科学分类,既是社会经济发展的必然要求,也是法律主体制度完善的必然选择。
