| 摘 要： | 修改和完善死刑执行程序是顺应国际大趋势的必然要求，也是我国当前死刑程序改革的一个重要方面。文章结合国内外相关规定，分析了我国死刑执行程序所存在的问题，并提出了完善的立法建议。

| Abstract: | It is certain requirement to amend and perfect the procedure of death execution according with the international trend. It is also an important facet of the reform of procedure of death execution in our country. Based on the oversea and domestic regulations, the article analyses the problems existed in the procedure of death execution and put forward the legislative suggestions to perfect. |
