| Abstract: | Through channels of emulation, flow of manpower capital and related effects, the in-China direct investment of transnational enterprises can produce technology overflow effect. Currently, factors like the adoption of ripe technologies by transnational companies, reverse flow of talents, WTO and Localization of subsidiaries of transnational companies etc. have generated negative influence on technology overflow effect. |
