高职院校实训基地建设运行机制研究——以北京政法职业学院为例

当前,制约我国职业教育发展的瓶颈是职业教育实训基地建设非常薄弱。本文以北京政法职业学院为例,从现状调查和分析、顶岗实习项目课程开发、校内实训基地、校外实训基地共建模式、企业在高职院校内建立实训基地、双师型教师队伍、实习实训阶段的考核评价机制构建等七个方面展开研究,并提出了下一步工作的思路。

Operating Mechanism for Building Training Bases in Vocational Colleges: Taking Beijing College of Politics and Law As an Example

The current bottleneck that restricts the development of China’s vocational education is the extreme weakness of the building of training bases.Taking Beijing College of Politics and Law as an example,this article discusses the issue in terms of seven aspects: survey and analysis of current situation,development of training courses for internship,on-campus training base,co-building mode of off-campus training base,on-campus training base built by the enterprise,"double type" teaching staff and mechanism for assessment of students’ performance during the internship.Based on the discussions,the article comes up with suggestions about what to do next.
