对恐怖主义定义的困惑

恐怖主义是一种全人类共同谴责的暴力行为。它的产生动机源于政治、社会、个人等因素 ;其目的是以制造恐怖为形式 ,来实现政治、社会与个人目的 ;其手段主要是制造恐怖 ;其主体可以是个人 ,团体 ,有组织犯罪集团 ,国家代表 ;所侵害的对象主要是平民 ,被害人不确定 ;恐怖主义分子往往采用“中和技术”与双重标准 ,把自己美化为自由的斗士、民族英雄 ;由于评价标准的差异与内涵外延的不易确定性 ,恐怖主义与战争、刑事犯罪的区别也是不易确定的

As a violent act,Terrorism is commonly condemned by human world.It stems from the Primary factors of society,politics and personality,which are its purposes.The subjects of terror are individuals,organs,groups of organized crime and deputy to countries,the poor people is the major object of infringement by terrorism means,although the victims cannot be defined.Terrorists often put in the so-called freedom fighter and a national hero for themselves.The distinction between terrorism,war and criminal is usually hard to be made because of the different standards of valuation and the flexibility and complexity of them.
