| 摘 要： | 人民民主是社会主义的生命。发展社会主义民主是我们党始终不渝的奋斗目标。农村基层民主建设是社会主义民主政治在我国农村的最广泛的实践，是基层民主建设的重中之重，关系到社会主义新农村建设的成功和中国特色社会主义民主政治的实现。本文通过分析新形势下农村基层民主建设存在的问题及原因，对如何解决农村民主政治问题、促进新农村政治文明建设作了深入探讨。

| Abstract: | The people＇ s democracy is the life of socialism. To develop socialist democracy is a goal that our party always pursues to. The rural grass - root democracy construction is the widest practice of socialist democratic politics in the countryside of our country, and it is one of the most important issues of grass - root democracy construction, relating to the success of the construction of socialist new countryside and the realization of democratic politics of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Through analyzing the problems of grass - root democracy construction in the rural areas in the new situation and the causes, this paper deeply probes into the countermeasures for solving the democratic politic problems and promoting the politic civilization construction in the countryside of our country. |
