公安教育职业化“四个关系”的破解

摘    要:公安教育以学历教育和在职培训并重发展,但就公安教育鲜明的职业化特点而言,一直存在着公安教育脱离实践的问题,究其原因是对"四个关系"的认识及处理问题。要破解公安教育脱离实践的难题,必须进行课程内容体系的重新建构,包括课程项目研发、教学模块设计、教学组织实施和教学效果评价等。而要达成此目标应组建专家教学团队等。

Abstract:The public security education develops in the form of academic education and incumbency training,however,from the aspect of specific vocational education,it remains the problem that the public security education deviate from the practice,and the basic issue lies in the understanding and dealing of the Four Relationships,which includes the course program study,the teaching design,the teaching implement and the teaching effect evaluation.In order to achieve the target,we should set up the professional teaching team.
