| Abstract: | At the end of the nineteenth century,Japanese started to gaze at the Far East and the Dongbei of China and performed a variety of intelligence activities for vying with Czar Russia for the sphere of influence and interests in the Dongbei and Korea.This article,while making comment on the early Japanese intelligence,will reveal the characteristics,forms and achievements of Japanese intelligence work,and show the Japanese militarist fanaticism in external invasion and expasion and the particularity of an organic whole of officers and civilians. |
