| Abstract: | The investigative measure of obtaining evidence is the new provision of the new Criminal Procedure Law. To correctly define the concept of obtaining evidence, to make a comprehensive interpretation of legal norms to obtain evidence and to study the implementation guidelines and precautions in obtaining evidence in the investigation practice help correct implementation of the new Criminal Procedure Law and promote public security investigation work carried out legally and validly. |
