Situation analysis of security forces in China

The author did a market survey on current status quo of China＇s security forces, conducted research based on various survey data and analyzed the current situation of China＇s security forces, noting that the shortages of security personnel, low educational level of employees; unreasonable age and gender ratio; imperfect relevant safeguard of the security company, high turnover rate of employees; ineffective job training, lack of vocational skills; lack of related legal remedies have constrained the growth and development of the security forces in China.
