网络反腐的形式分析与对策

近年来,网络反腐显示了强大的生命力,由新生力量发展成反腐手段的重要一员,成为我国政府和民众联手打击腐败的实效武器。作为反腐利器,网络反腐也同时滋生诸多问题和矛盾。完善网络反腐的制度和环境成为亟需解决的问题。目前理论界对网络反腐问题的研究主要集中在对网络反腐的概念界定、必要性研究、网络反腐制度化探讨上。本文试图通过对网络反腐的具体形式进行探索,剖析网络反腐中的传播途径及受众心理特点,为网络反腐的制度化和法律化提供新的视角。

Analysis of the form of network anti-corruption and countermeasures

In recent years, the network anti-corruption has shown strong vitality developed from a new-born into an important member of anti-corruption means, and become a practical weapon of our government and people in combating corruption. As an anti-corruption tool, the network anti-corruption also breeds many problems and contradictions. The improvement of the system and the environment of network anti-corruption becomes an urgent problem. Current theorists＇ research on network anti-corruption issues mainly focused on the definition of the concept of anti-corruption, necessity of research and the exploration to the institutionalized network anti-corruption. This paper attempts to explore the specific forms of network anti-corruption and analyze the transmission ways and the psychological characteristics of the audience, to provide a new perspective for the institutionalization and legalization of network anticorruption.
