In globalization era,the consequences of legal processes of international trade dispute settlement affect the interests of public frequently.Promoting transparency of such processes and making the public understand and even involved in them will of course be good for ensuring the legitimate interests of citizens and justice of international procedural laws.Considering that international trade dispute settlement processes are divided into two major fields namely domestic and international,and consisted of several stages,only regarding them as a whole can we try our best to raise the information openness level of every stage,and only then we can set legal processes of international trade dispute settlement under the global democracy supervision fundamentally so as to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the public.
