| 摘 要： | 科学发展观与构建社会主义和谐社会都是关系到我国社会主义现代化建设、全面实现小康社会奋斗目标的重大理论问题和重大实践问题。这就要求我们必须在准确理解的基础上,把握好二者的关系,以便在工作实践中不背离科学发展观的要求,加快发展,推进构建社会主义和谐社会的进程。

| Abstract: | The scientific development view and building up a socialist harmonious society are two major theoretical and practical problems concerning China's socialist modernization construction and the all-round realization of the goals set for a better-off society.Therefore,we must recognize correctly the relationship between the two so that we can always keep to the principle of the scientific development view in our working practice,and speed up the development and the construction course of a socialist harmonious society. |
