2006年世界经济处于高速增长期,增长率高于历史平均水平。美国、日本和欧盟作为世界经济增长的三大支柱体,总体增长情况良好,继续主导着世界经济的发展趋向;中国、印度、俄罗斯以及巴西(BR IC,金砖四国)等新兴经济体正在成为世界经济增长的重要推进力量。在世界经济高速增长的情况下,世界产业结构发生了巨大变化,竞合格局有了新的特点。2007年世界经济发展将有一定程度的放缓,但总体上依然是"谨慎的乐观"。

World economy developed rapidly in 2006 and the rate of increase is higher than average in the history.As three mainstays,the U.S.,Japan and EU are increasing their economies well and continuously leading the trend of development of world economy while the burgeoning economic countries like China,India,Russia and Brazil are becoming key forces to promote the increase of world economy.Meanwhile,world industrial structure has changed significantly and the competing pattern shows new characteristics.In 2007,the development of world economy will slow down but generally with "cautious optimism".
