| 摘 要： | 开展高校辅导员学科专业成长和大学生科技创新能力培养互动研究是新时期思想政治教育工作创新的实践途径.在探讨两者互动机制的概念和意义的基础上,笔者从需求拉动、政策推动和平台促动三个层面对高校辅导员学科专业成长和大学生科技创新能力培养互动机制的构建提出了建议.
