新制度主义视角下特权问题研究

特权思想和特权现象不仅损害社会的公平正义,影响社会的和谐稳定,更容易滋生消极腐败现象,侵蚀党的执政基础。加强党的建设,密切党同人民群众的血肉联系,深入推进党风廉政建设和反腐败斗争,必须要坚定不移地反对特权思想和特权现象。从新制度主义理论出发,剖析特权思想和特权现象存在和发生的内在机理,加强对特权思想和特权现象的进一步认识,可为深入研究特权问题提供一个新的视角和思路。

A Study of Privilege from the Perspective of the New Institutionalism

The existence of the special privilege mentality and phenomenon not only impairs social justice and equality, affects social harmony and stability, but also breeds negative corruption, eroding the basic roots of the Party. Therefore, In order to solidify the construction of the party, strengthen the tie between the Party and the mass and promote the building of a clean and honest government and the struggle against corruption, special privi- lege mentality and phenomenon must be firmly opposed. By employing the theory of the New Institutionalism, the author analyzes the internal reasons for the existence of special privilege mentality and phenomenon, enriching our knowledge of the special privilege mentality and phenomenon, which in the mean time offers us a new perspective and thinking for the further study of problems concerning privilege.
