若干经济政策对我国职工队伍的影响

改革开放以来经济政策的主流是好的。但是,若干经济政策的失当,或经济政策是好的,由于执行中的失误,对我国职工队伍造成了一定的冲击和影响。这种影响的实质导致了劳动关系的失衡。而不均衡的劳动关系对和谐社会的构建产生的是负面影响,不利于社会的稳定和经济的发展。

The Influence of Several Economic Policies on China's Workers' Teams

Economic policies since reforms and opening-up are mainly good. However, the impropriety of some economic policies as well as the improper implementation of some good policies has produced strong impacts on workers' teams. Such impacts essentially lead to the imbalance of industrial relations which will exert negative influence on the building of a harmonious society and undermine social stability and economic development. The most serious harm, however, will be the weakening of the class base of CPC's governance.
