| 摘 要： | 电视法制节目的传播过程存在“双重编码”与“双重解码”的现象。由于法律高度专业化的特点,电视法制节目在普通编码之前还存在法律编码的环节,电视法制节目的受众在普通解码之后还存在法律解码的环节。对于电视法制节目的“双重编码”“双重解码”现象的研究有助于我们进一步分析与把握电视法制节目传播的规律,从而完善我国的电视法制节目。

| Abstract: | There is a phenomenon of the "Double-encode" and "Double-decode" in law television programs.Because of the law professionalism,law television programs have the law-encode before the common encode,and the law-decode after the common decode.The study on the Double-encode and Double-decode will be helpful to perfect law television programs. |
