| 摘 要： | 随着当前社会法制观念的发展变化,刑事技术服务于侦查的传统认识已不能适应工作的要求。顺应当代诉讼理念变化和刑事司法证明方法的转变,新形势下刑事技术与侦查的关系定位应当作相应的调整,由原来的“服务”模式转向“合作”模式。
