| Abstract: | The issue of protecting national economy becomes increasingly protruding as a result of the crisis confronted by national economy under the trend of transnational merger acquisition. With a redefinition of the concept national economy and an analysis of the risks faced by China' s national economy, this paper lays its stress on the proposal of the "theory of limited merger acquisition of foreign capital and the practical protective measures. |
