| 摘 要： | “四五”普法工作取得了显著成效,但与新形势的发展要求相比,普法教育无论从广度上还是深度上都还有待加强,遵法守法的社会风尚还未形成,法制宣传工作还有许多盲点。因此,我们必须在总结“四五”普法工作经验的基础上,积极探索普法工作的新理念、新方法和新途径,抓重点,促全面,实现“五五”普法工作的新突破和新跨越。

| Abstract: | The work of the 'fourth five' legal publicity has taken prominent effects,but compared with the requirements of new situations,both the extent and the deepness of the legal publicity still have been strengthen,namely,the social ethos of abiding law not to form,the publicity work of law system still having some blind spots.And based the sum-up of work experience before,we must explore the new ideas,new methods and new approaches actively.To seize the keystone and promoting the all-round development,we will realize the new breakthrough and new span for the 'fifth five' legal publicity work. |
