| Abstract: | Ecological culture is a concept of eco -civilization,and also an aggregation of the fruits of both ec- ological protection and ecological construction.The ecological culture construction comprises developing eco -in- dustries,implementing eco -projects,conducting eco -regimes and building eco -social ethos.Environmental ed- ucation is the main approach realizing the construction of ecological culture via the engagement of schools,govern- ment departments and enterprises as well as undertaking units. |
