| Abstract: | Under the present new historical conditions, the key to enhance the mass character of everyday ideological work lies in the reality that we are still in the primary stage of socialism. Our views on quality, gain, effect and experience should be updated. We should take officers and men as the subject of everyday ideological work and increase their active participation to obtain greater effect of such work. |
