领导干部应付方式与心理健康的相关研究——基于对甘肃省951名领导干部的调查

领导干部的心理健康问题，已经成为当今和谐社会构建的一个重要的现实问题。本研究运用SCL－90和应付方式问卷对甘肃省的951名领导干部进行了调查。研究结果发现：领导干部的心理健康水平低于全国常模；领导干部的心理健康水平与应付方式之间有相关关系，且具有统计学显著性；自责、解决问题、幻想、退避对心理健康有显著的预测作用；领导干部的应付方式影响心理健康。

The Relationship of Mental Health and Coping Styles for leading cadres--Based OR investigation for 951 leading cadres in Cfdnsu province

The problem of the mental health has become a very important issue for constructing the harmony society. This research uses SCL--90 and Coping Styles Scale to investigate 951 leading cadres in Gansu province. The research finds that the level of mental health of leading cadres was lower than the norm of national. There were close correlation between mental health and coping styles. Self blame, problem solution, illusion, backoff predict mental health significantly. The leading cadres＇ mental health was influenced by their coping style.
