论新媒体时代下法院的机遇与挑战

新媒体是继报刊、广播、电视等传统媒体后发展起来的新的媒体形态,相比过去传统媒体对法院舆论监督的时代,新媒体时代对法院的舆论监督形式多样,技术更高,监督更加直接,其影响范围更广,程度更深。面对新媒体时代,很多法院尚不适应,在新的信息时代条件下如何应对舆论监督是法院当前与今后相当时期的重要课题。

On the opportunities and challenges of the court in new media era

The new media is a form developed after the press, radio, television and other traditional media, compared to the era that traditional media made supervision of public opinion for the court, in various forms and higher techniques, more directly, with broader and deeper impact. Facing with the new media era, many courts have not adapted, so how to deal with the supervision of public opinion in the new information age is quite an important issue for the court in the current and future.
